“We purchased a book case from Ethan Allen several years ago. Both of the drawer rails that the drawer rides on had chipped corners, and the drawer would not lock onto the rails anymore. I went to the Ethan Allen store where we purchased the book case, spoke to Elizabeth a Great Ehtan Allen representative, told her what was going on. Elizabeth knew exactly what to do, by looking in their system, that showed the purchased item, and in a matter of minutes she had the parts ordered for us. Within a week the parts came in, and I was able to repair the rails. Elizabeth was outstanding in locating the parts in their system for us. She has a professional manner about her, very patient taking the time to make sure we were taken care of. We thank you so much Elizabeth.”

I loved walking in, the whole shop decor just gives so much inspiration with their wonderful displays. The staff was also a delight, they were so nice and attentive.”
“Very nicely and neatly maintained craft stores, for almost all crafts. Framing and fabrics too are available. Not too many selections though, creativity and deccors will be very nice. Very big parking lot, wheel chair accessible parking. Helpful and friendly assistance too. Comparitive to its competetors, i felt, a little more prices. But, for sure, you will walk out with some smile on face and a bag to carry out. Check the locations ,as Sundays they will be closed.”

The Clearance Racks are my favorite place to find excellent bargains to add to my wardrobe.
