We told Ash what we were looking for and gave him the measurements. He gave us options and made us a beautiful solid wood table that fits the area perfectly. The workmanship is beautiful. Ash is so very kind and helpful. His price was reasonable. I highly recommend Rustic Home.”

“Buying our new furniture (couch sectional, ottoman and accent chair) from Bassett in San Marcos was a great experience. We worked with both Jewels and Donna on three different days as my wife and I continued to refine exactly what we wanted. Throughout this process they were extremely patient with us as we switched from one couch type to another, one fabric to another.The delivery of our furniture was good, too. The delivery guy called me about 45 minutes before my delivery window to make sure it was ok to arrive a little early. The delivery guys were very professional and put down protective pads on the door threshold.”

“Neal was great with his customer service gave us the whole break down on every mattress we decided to try. Answered all my questions. They had a wide variety for our selection we expected to go all over furniture row looking we didn't even last an hour looking before we made our purchase. He values his work and explained and even showed us how the mattress we like worked with an adjustable frame and I was happy. We asked about a mattress pad cover and he showed us them all and explained what it was best for sold us on the one that was best with pets. We purchased Saturday like around five for the mattress next day by 11:30am. They delivered LOCALLY for $50 that included taking the old mattress again I emphasize on the word locally for that delivery fee. I usually struggle to sleep I kid you not I fell asleep by 11:30pm on that mattress (typically I fall asleep like 2-3am) I was like holy cow this put me right to sleep! 10/10.”

“Out with the old, in with the new. The wife had had enough of the trundle bed in our spare room, being a pain the a** to to set up for guests and taking up way too much floor space. Grant it, it was in good shape, comfortable and we never received any complaints; but it was time to go. She wanted to replace it with a Murphy bed. Walked in and was surprised how well stocked the floor was. Our first choice we were honestly told we would be unable to acquire until around June (4 months away). Our second choice could be delivered within 10 days. It was pricier, but more beefy; so it was a good thing we opted for the second choice. The employee (owner?), Jeff, was helpful, but not overbearing as some sales folk can be. The Murphy bed arrived within the time frame noted, in excellent condition and was quickly assembled by the delivery personnel. The two gentlemen gave us a refresher on how to open and close it up. If I have any real complaint it would be that it cost us an additional $200 to have it delivered. OUCH! We were told that local, in-county, was $150. I guess with the price of gasoline pushing $5 a gallon in our State, along with the high inflation kicking us all in the balls, it is what it is. If looking for a Murphy bed check this place out. They also had quite the assortment for smaller dining room and kitchenette sets, for those having smaller homes, apartments or condos.”

“Other than the one time an employee yelled at my 3yo saying in an angry tone "Don't touch my balloons!!" (they weren't her balloons; they were on display), we've had a lot of success here. The couches we've bought have been good quality and the warranty service we purchased was used with ease each time. Because of this I 100% recommend the furniture protection plan. The sales people don't bug you too much and give you space. Unfortunately, the goodies aren't always available, so keep that in mind.”

He was very pleasant and you could tell he not just wanted to sell you a spa, but he actually wanted you to find the right one. We did, and we found plenty of other spas that would fit the bill, but ultimately he was willing to work with us on price and get us something in our budget that we could be happy with.”

“Nicole Durbin at Woodbridge Interiors is fantastic, she greeted us with such a warm positive inviting attitude. I told her what I was looking for and she took me right too the the dinning room chairs. She suggested we take one chair back to my house with fabric swatches to see how it would look and select the fabric that would look best. Done, it looked beautiful. We were interested in a new bedroom set. Once again Nicole came to the house, brought out a color sample of the wood, she measured out the size of the bed with night stands to give me a good idea what it would look like in the room. We ordered the new bedroom set. Nicole was always helpful with a great positive attitude. She is a pleasure to work with, she listens and never pushes anything on you, she knows what you want, that is the artist in her. “I guess I should have come here to read the reviews before purchasing at Jerome's. We purchased a mattress that we were told was the best, I explained to the sales person what we needed and he said this was the best mattress we could get, that the way it was made, and it didn't use glue, etc. he also said it was so popular they couldn't keep it in stock. This mattress cost us over $3,000 and it was more than I expected but I thought if it is so great it must be worth it. Well, it is the worst mattress we have ever had and after explaining all the difficulties we've had with the mattress Jerome's said we could exchange it for one of the same price or one more expensive (us of course paying the difference), but that the fee we would have to pay for doing this is $815 plus delivery fee in the $300s. So not only is this mattress horrible, we now need to pay Jerome's over $1,000 more to exchange it. Go buy your mattress somewhere else, there are other companies that stand by their products and allow the exchange without exaggerated fees. UPDATE I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars because we went to Jerome's and we were helped by Kobe and Amber helped us. They were friendly, listened to our concerns and found a solution to our problem. We still had to pay a fee but I feel like it was a far better solution than what we were offered before. They really worked hard to make things right under the circumstances. They provided excellent customer service.”
