The white-glove service really showed when their team coordinated the delivery and placed the hot tub exactly where I needed it in the backyard. “Arhaus at UTC, La Jolla, is a great place to buy furniture, especially if you work with Ms. Kim Stead. We have bought furniture there three times now, with her guidance, over the past few years. As time goes by, we continue to totally like what we bought. Kim will take a lot of time to consult with you on color, size, style. She has a background in interior design, and knows what goes well together. She is creative, enjoyable and patient while you work thru your decisions. We would be delighted to work with her again.
Also, Arhaus has a lot of options for furniture, plus rugs and wall paper (!), to complement some of the furniture we bought. The store was reliable in terms of delivery, etc. No problems there.”

“vicki bliss is a gem.
my dad and i stopped in to purchase a couple of cues, and we had an outstanding experience. the store is absolutely massive and beautifully maintained, with pool tables, foosball tables, and even a few arcade games. they have an excellent selection of cues, and vicki encouraged us to try out several before making a decision.
we spent about an hour in the store, and throughout our visit, vicki was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. she even gave me a few pointers while i was testing out cues. she’s an excellent player and truly a pleasure to be around. there were lots of smiles and laughs.
the cue selection ranged from around $80 to nearly $1,000. unlike many salespeople, vicki never pressured us to spend more than we wanted. instead, she respectfully explained the differences in quality between the cues so we could make an informed decision. she also told us about the free lessons they offer at the store, and my dad and i will definitely be attending.
lastly, i mentioned to vicki that i work with adolescents in recovery and that we have a pool table at our office, but the cue tips are completely worn out. without hesitation, she was kind enough to give me replacement cue tips that i can install so the kids can enjoy playing pool again. that small act of generosity meant a great deal to me, and i know it will mean a lot to them as well.
i’m obsessed with the cue i chose. it even matches my nails. 💅 my dad and i left feeling like a couple of badasses.

“What a beautiful surprise! We had no idea walking into Casual Dining that the furniture sold there is made by the Amish. Our new chairs are so well made and so beautiful, we could not be happier. Service was excellent throughout the sale and the chairs actually arrived much sooner than we expected. We highly recommend Casual Dining and only wish the Amish were mentioned on their sign out front.”

“We purchased a book case from Ethan Allen several years ago. Both of the drawer rails that the drawer rides on had chipped corners, and the drawer would not lock onto the rails anymore. I went to the Ethan Allen store where we purchased the book case, spoke to Elizabeth a Great Ehtan Allen representative, told her what was going on. Elizabeth knew exactly what to do, by looking in their system, that showed the purchased item, and in a matter of minutes she had the parts ordered for us. Within a week the parts came in, and I was able to repair the rails. Elizabeth was outstanding in locating the parts in their system for us. She has a professional manner about her, very patient taking the time to make sure we were taken care of. We thank you so much Elizabeth.”
