The staff was super interested in trying to help me troubleshoot what exactly was wrong with my phone. They knew exactly what they were doing. Explained to me that there was a couple small jobs in front of mine . After a short time, my issues were resolved and my phone was operating normally. I will definitely come back for any other issues I might have if needed. They were awesome !”

“These guys are great! I've come here off and on for almost three years. They are always wonderfully helpful and beyond competent. I've had shattered phones no one could repair, but these guys did. It was like they were miracle workers.I've presented issues that were so difficult, i was triggered and i was (regretfully!) rude to them. When I'd calmed myself to return and apologize, they were SO gracious, they didn't even want to take a tip for their days of effort on my behalf. “Rosa was the person working when I got there and whatever this person is making isn't enough she needs a raise. What an attentive diligent and fast working employee. Five stars really go to her. Working the store by myself she helped two preceding customers, me, AND dealt with a rep from Motorola. The store was clean, the hours signage was clear and legible.Note, not all of the product signage inside is in English, but I don't think that's bad. Definitely good for speakers/readers of Chinese! Rosa was adept at both switching back and forth to help everyone, and ALSO getting product samples, products, and accessories for each of us. Didn't confuse a single transaction or forget a detail and went the extra bit to even switch her register systems when it was being a little jank!Rosa 10/10. Cricket was pretty good too. My new mobile hotspot is working wonderfully so far, just like my Cricket service plan which has served me well the last 7+/- years.”

He felt guilty giving me $1 case for $5. (See pic - from when I'm still inside store) I have the money, so it doesn't affect me. But lots of their stuff is priced too high.”
