The staff was super interested in trying to help me troubleshoot what exactly was wrong with my phone. They knew exactly what they were doing. Explained to me that there was a couple small jobs in front of mine . After a short time, my issues were resolved and my phone was operating normally. I will definitely come back for any other issues I might have if needed. They were awesome !”

“Our previous staff had setup an account without our company's name, and we had lost contact with her. This resulted with at least two hours' worth of waiting on the phone, only found out that we needed to solve the issue in store.We first went to the Temple City store where we were told that only the store manager could help during the initial visit. On the third visit we finally found the manager who told us he needed more than a Sales Permit and Business Tax number to help. he seemed dismissive and unwilling to aid.We decided to go to the El Monte store which was closer to our factory. Ms. Lupita Gonzalez, the Manager, surprised us that she was so helpful. She was multi-tasking, and she does it so well! She had two phones going while helping in-store customers. She even delated her lunchtime more than two hours in order to finish our case.We were very happy and thankful that she was able to solve our problem. We highly recommend this store. Also wish that the owner of the store could see this review and give Lupita a big Christmas bonus!!! She is a great asset.”

“These guys are great! I've come here off and on for almost three years. They are always wonderfully helpful and beyond competent. I've had shattered phones no one could repair, but these guys did. It was like they were miracle workers.I've presented issues that were so difficult, i was triggered and i was (regretfully!) rude to them. When I'd calmed myself to return and apologize, they were SO gracious, they didn't even want to take a tip for their days of effort on my behalf. I had to insist and leave it on the counter.These guys aren't just good at their job, they are kind and conscientious.”
