“Teddy was great!! I have a Sansung S10 and needed a new battery. No one else could help, claiming that they could not get a battery. Not Teddy. He said he would have to order it. I met with him on the 6th of August and he had my new battery by the 10th, he let me know it would take an hour to replace the battery. I said I would wait, would bring a book. I went in on the 11th and read my book in the chair in the lobby, relaxing in the chair. And, it took only 45 min!! The location is a bit difficult to find, but it was worth the drive from Belmont and time it took to find the location. I am very pleased with the customer service and Teddy. [Easiest way to find him is take Sneath off of El Camino.]”

“I had a great experience with Neel. My PC was acting weird, crashing, and I feared that my data was lost. I was a luddite in a panic. He came to my place in San Mateo on short notice the day before Thanksgiving, for which I was grateful. He diagnosed the problem, installed new equipment that he brought with him, and sorted everything out. He answered all my dumb questions, set up better antivirus and password programs at my request, and got me an external backup drive. I now have confidence that everything is optimized and protected. What a relief! Neel is professional, friendly, trustworthy, non-judgmental, and an excellent communicator. His pricing is very fair. I was comfortable having him in my house. He even likes dogs! I've got him on speed dial for all my future problems.”

“I am writing to share a great review regarding the Allstate coverage for my electronics. My Sony DVD player stopped working with a DVD stuck inside. I contacted Allstate via e-mail and I was provided instructions as to how to try to resolve the issue. After spending approximately a half hour following the instructions, the issue was not resolved, therefore Allstate sent me a 98% of the purchase refund. The refund check came within a week. I have been very impressed with the protection provided for my devices and wanted to express my satisfaction with the service.”

“Mr.John I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your exceptional repair work on my Rock Kenwood KD-650 turntable. It was a turntable I had in Hong Kong approximately 40 years ago. When I moved to America, I was fortunate enough to find the exact same turntable, which instantly transported me back to cherished memories. I am truly grateful for your expertise and dedication in restoring my beloved turntable. Thank you once again for your outstanding service!”

“Have had Equiptek work on several pieces of equipment that needed repair over the years and I have come to enjoy when the need arises to go visit Felix. In a world where the answer to most failures is to discard and replace, I love that Felix can diagnose and repair well used units and return them back to service. Very knowledgeable; reasonable and prompt service. cannot recommend more highly!”
