“I started training at Morph Fitness in September 2025 after reaching out for a consultation. During the initial meeting, I completed an InBody scan and discussed my goals and past challenges with staying consistent.
Since beginning training three times a week with Dimiceus, I’ve seen steady progress and recently decided to continue my sessions. The workouts are structured and adjusted based on my needs, which has helped me stay consistent. I appreciate not having to plan my own programming — it makes it easier to fit exercise into a busy schedule.
The sessions also include mobility work, which has helped with recovery. Overall, training here has made it more manageable for me to maintain a regular routine.”
“The supportive, knowledgeable environment at the Fix has honestly completely changed my perspective on working out. Connor has been so kind and encouraging, helping me learn how to do things I had no idea I could. He's so great about answering all of the questions I have about how stuff works or why we do things a certain way. Thanks to him and the studio, I've gained so much confidence in my abilities and my body!”
“The production here is exceptional. They have screens above each circuit station so you can review the movement while you're working out. The music is great and motivating. There's a super strong community here. My work schedule changed and I couldn't make it here anymore, but I had an exceptional time while I did.”

“I love this studio so much, a huge variety of classes at different levels and paces, the owner Kelly is so sweet, her happiness is infectious. I always feel better after taking a class here. I joined for rowing but have really enjoyed the stretch and core classes, Ive taking the rhythm ride class too. I want to take a dance class too eventually lol
Great community, so glad I joined!”
“I’ve been coming to The Fitness Farm for a couple of years now and really like it more than any other gym I’ve been to. The facilities are great — really nice flow of both indoor and outdoor space to work out, great selection of machines and weights, and a variety of other equipment and floor space for dynamic/functional exercises to do if machines aren’t your go-to. There’s really something for everyone here!
Also, Dr. Kelly has been my coach for a few years now. I can say with certainty that he’s very knowledgeable, receptive to all the changes I’ve needed in my workouts over time, and is always responsive and supportive. The whole community here is friendly, respectful, and encouraging. I’ve always enjoyed coming here when I can get a workout in, and have really missed it when life gets in the way. Would highly recommend The Fitness Farm!!”

“Absolutely obsessed with this place. Great community, great vibes. The staff and coaches are phenomenal humans. Coaches Doug and Sophia are the gold standard. The workouts always push me and there’s enough variety day to day to never be bored. I’m getting faster and stronger. It’s group fitness but there’s still personal feedback from coaches on proper form etc. This is a great place for beginners - very encouraging. I was not a “gym person” when I started and I never felt out of place.”

“I've been working out at OPEX Kura with Melissa as my coach since early June of this year and really love the format: personal trainer, floor coaches, working sessions, monthly check-ins. But I was most pleased to find a reasonably diverse group of gym goers: good number of female clients and some variety of ages and sizes. I (65F, overweight, very self conscious) thought I would hate weight/strength training and the whole going-to-the-gym thing, but I don't. I've come to enjoy my sessions and how I feel physically after a workout. I can already see huge progress in what I can do in and out of the gym. I give Melissa a lot of credit for that and am expecting to continue for the long term.”

“The swimming pool is the place to be. It would be nice if the big pool were just 1-2 degrees warmer in the winter (it gets a little cool after 40 minutes). But this pool is the clearest I've been in. Two thumbs up.”
“Staff super friendly and helpful. Small gym that has all equipment I need as well as a deadlift platform and bumper plates. The machines are older and in some cases are showing their age. All in all, pleased with my experience so far.”

“I'm revising my previous 5-star review to another 5-star review, because I really wanted to give a shout-out to the General Manager, Ethan Petznick Wright, for solving an issue that I had with my membership. I've had a great experience with Equinox through out - it is very clean and well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. Also kudos to Shane Ivich for being an excellent Personal Trainer!”
“Getting back in the gym has been great. It is a very welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend for someone trying to get into CrossFit and back into shape!!”
