“I have known Rahsaan for over 15 years! I was first introduced to him by a good friend who hired Rahsaan to train a group of teachers when I first started working in the District. Even back then I remember Rahsaan really pushing us to work out really hard. Fast forward to this year (now in my mid 50s), I wanted to find a trainer to get me out of the menopause sluggish funk. I had not seen any trainer in the gyms I have been to that I wanted to work with. From what I have seen, those trainers did NOT motivate me. I was so happy to find out that Rahsaan now had his own gym right near my house and I began training with him last month. Rahsaan really knows how to really challenge you and makes working out really fun. He brings the great music, the humor and most importantly the positive high energy vibes. A 50 minute session goes by quickly yet you know it was a 100% quality workout. I will NOT go to any other trainer but him because Rahsaan is simply the best around here. Period.”

“I started training at Morph Fitness in September 2025 after reaching out for a consultation. During the initial meeting, I completed an InBody scan and discussed my goals and past challenges with staying consistent.

Since beginning training three times a week with Dimiceus, I’ve seen steady progress and recently decided to continue my sessions. The workouts are structured and adjusted based on my needs, which has helped me stay consistent. I appreciate not having to plan my own programming — it makes it easier to fit exercise into a busy schedule.

The sessions also include mobility work, which has helped with recovery. Overall, training here has made it more manageable for me to maintain a regular routine.”

“This Wednesday, I came here expecting a HIIT group class but got a personal training session from Fernando instead since I was the only student. I learned a lot of new exercises and also where my weaknesses are! Fernando was a great trainer and very patient with me. I'd also previously been by for a Zumba class where it was 1:2 teacher:student ratio and also found the instructor very kind and patient with me (a first time Zumba student). “I’ve been coming to The Fitness Farm for a couple of years now and really like it more than any other gym I’ve been to. The facilities are great — really nice flow of both indoor and outdoor space to work out, great selection of machines and weights, and a variety of other equipment and floor space for dynamic/functional exercises to do if machines aren’t your go-to. There’s really something for everyone here!

Also, Dr. Kelly has been my coach for a few years now. I can say with certainty that he’s very knowledgeable, receptive to all the changes I’ve needed in my workouts over time, and is always responsive and supportive. The whole community here is friendly, respectful, and encouraging. I’ve always enjoyed coming here when I can get a workout in, and have really missed it when life gets in the way. Would highly recommend The Fitness Farm!!”

“I drop in every once in a while to lift at the Sports Palace and it’s always a pleasure! Jim is so experienced, is a good coach from beginners to elite and has a lot of stories to boot. I always appreciate learning about the history of weightlifting as a sport and Jim’s role in it. Recommend if you’re close to south SF and looking for a great place to lift with friendly folks!”

Megan and Liz were amazing — they were so attentive to all the kids, took the time to remember everyone’s names, and made sure each child felt included and engaged. They really knew how to work with kids of different ages, keeping things fun and organized the entire time.

The staff was also super accommodating and made everything run smoothly, which we really appreciated as parents. Our son had the best time, and we’re already looking forward to coming back for more of their classes and activities.
