Reviews highlight excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff who help customers find the best products without pressure. One customer received exceptional assistance with price matching and savings. Another appreciated the immediate help needed for a mattress purchase for an elderly father moving into a care facility, even past the next-day delivery cutoff. The team is praised for being helpful, patient, and going out of their way to answer questions and figure out delivery logistics. The detailed process of selecting the right mattress is noted as worthwhile and the staff's knowledge is highly recommended.
Great experience. They worked with us to find the right mattress. Then made arrangements to deliver to LA. Everything was on schedule. Delivery went well.
