“The West Elm near Hillsdale Mall is in a very convenient location with a beautiful showroom. I actually found the exact sofa I wanted while browsing here! However, the overall experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The store or staff were not organized, and when I asked for samples of the specific fabric I wanted, they didn't have them available. The showroom is great for initial inspiration, but anything beyond that felt disorganized, so I ultimately just ended up ordering everything online.”
