“They're incredibly amazing. It's hard for me to express it in a review (I rarely ever write reviews), but I'll try my best.

1. They're incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. One very recent example was when they caught the early kidney disease in my cat! She didn't have any signs/symptoms, but her bloodwork showed otherwise. We (me and my cat) are so grateful to the doctor and the staff for all their help with her diagnosis.

2. The pricing is fair unlike other vets in the area. Before becoming a patient here, I took my cats to a different vet. There, the doctor made it pretty clear that he only cared about money. He would charge A LOT and also try to sell you on unnecessary procedures (e.g. use of anesthesia to just draw blood or get a urine sample). Here, they go over all treatment options and pricing with you and they don't recommend things unless they think it's necessary.

3. They actually care about the pets! Just seeing how they interact and handle all of the pets (either my own pets or the pets in the waiting room) makes it clear that everyone there loves working with them. I've been at a few vets where dr/staff interactions were just transactional and cold. Being warm and kind definitely brings a level of comfort to everyone (pets + pet parents) and helps to ease an already stressful situation (the vet visit).”

“My dog and I moved to San Mateo in Feb and we were able to get set up as a new patient at Aragon pretty quick. Every visit we’ve had has been so easy and nice. Every one who works there is so sweet to my nervous lil dog. We are so lucky to have this place to take care of her!!”

“When your dog is sick, you want a vet who cares and who answers the phone. Peninsula Ave. vet clinic has never failed us over the years. We have two dogs now, and both of them have gotten their shots and other needs here

“Dr. Sutter & his staff are truly Godsent. Dr. Sutter is very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He has been looking after our pets for quite some time now, and continues to amaze us with his skills. I have a pretty big pack at home, and they all are patients at this clinic. My kitten had a recent surgery with Dr. Sutter to have his injured eye removed. I felt very at ease knowing my little guy was in the best hands. I have another adult cat that has been Dr. Sutters patient for quite some time, and he always provides great care and recommendations during annual visits. Our two dogs also are quite nervous around people, but they absolutely love Dr. Sutter and his technicians. They are so loving and gentle to them, truly treating them as if they were their own pets. His staff is absolutely wonderful, and kind. All of my interactions with them have been positive, and supportive. I am so glad we found this clinic, and Dr. Sutter. I give them all my strongest recommendation, and appreciation for their wonderful work.”

“We took our 6-year old Portuguese Water Dog, Mila, to Scout's house for several months after a bilateral TPLO surgery. Everyone at Scout's House was wonderful! They were very knowledgeable, provided effective exercise plans, and great instructions for us on how to work with Mila at home. Mila has great range of motion, and she's rapidly building strength in her back legs. On top of all of this, they kept it fun - Mila was always excited to meet the team and go inside. Highly recommend if you are looking for good recovery support!”

“We have been going to Crystal Springs Pet Hospital for the past 3 years. The staff is courteous and helpful. The clinic is well organized with good communication with us with reminder emails, billing, and request for feedback. We rarely wait more than 10 minutes to be seen and personnel are gentle and loving with the animal patients. I love that they are open during the week and on week-ends . I so am glad that we switched to this animal hospital because we can trust them and it shows professionalism on behalf of its office staff, techs, and doctors.”

“This is one of the best Vet services I have experienced for myself as an owner and for my dog. Dr. D and the staff are always welcoming and caring and easily reachable. What I mean by that is they open 7 days a week till 6pm everyday. I am traveling my pet internationally and had to get the USDA health certificate. They provided the best service and made sure I am all set before travel. I highly recommend Animal Cove to folks who are looking for a positive, fair cost and high quality Vet experience!”

“This is located in the Bridgepointe Shopping Center so there is plenty of parking, I always do an online curbside pick up at this location. They 90% of the time have the kibble and treats that I get for my dog which is great since I experience stock issues at other Petco locations. I call and park out front and the staff brings my order out and places it in my trunk. I also love that they provide a discount online with this option. I would recommend this location.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this place. My 8-year-old border collie had some gastrointestinal issue, and I was trying to look for a place nearby. Found this clinic and decided to take him here. All the staff here were friendly. Dr. Becker gave some very helpful advice and recommendations. The charges were very reasonable. They have their own parking lot, so parking was not an issue. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking quality service.”

“We brought our dog here for urgent care and found Dr. Sophia Papageorgiou and the entire staff to provide excellent care, timely communication, asked lots of questions to fully understand what was happening with our dog. She tooks lots of notes, performed appropriate tests, answered all our questions and understood our concerns. We were able to bring him home and are following her recommendations. This clinic was very focused on our pet's condition and was highly attentive to his needs. We will definitely go back and highly recommend this clinic.”
