Hit or miss with who gets assigned to you. I've had better and I had worse. Just depends. Hillsdale mall. But connection and internet are top notch.

I had an excellent customer service experience here in the San Mateo location. The rep Noel, was friendly, responsive, and truly listened to my concerns. He resolved my issue quickly and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find such genuine and efficient service. Would highly recommend.
