We were greeted right away and offered help, but when the person assisting us looked at the iPhone the issue magically disappeared, which was awesome. “I like Macy's in general, and this is one of the stores where I really enjoy shopping in. It's a smaller Macy's store but it has everything that you need and great selection. Numerous options of clothing, shoes, bags. This Macy's is part of the Hillsdale Mall and that makes it even more enjoyable when you can shop at other stores after you're done at Macy's. I especially like the jewelry department at this Macy's. I purchased unique pieces of jewelry here that I did not see at other Macy's stores. The store is well maintained and is in good shape and I hope will remain open for many many years. I don't want retail stores to go away, they are a great asset in our lives.”
