“this is my first time visiting a apple store. i had a serious issue with my device and same day appointment was unavailable, expecting them to turn me back. they helped me out immediately and gave me a replacement real quick, luckily my device didn’t have serious issue. it was another issue for which they gave replacement. still glad they didnt turn me out and helped me.. store is located in ground floor and inside the area of the drop off point. gps location is wrong u need to walk around the drop off point to find this store”
