I came here twice and both times the person behind the helicopter was extremely helpful and kind and helped us decide how to pack our boxes and provided free taping services

Good location to send and drop of you parcels. I think most of the bad reviews are old and they have good and friendly staffs. Keep doing the good job!

Most days the store of so full of customers and it takes a while for the line to shrink. I think it needs more than 2 people working registers so it can move faster. But other than that customer help is okay. I suggest to go 1-2 hours before they close.
