The staff is absolutely amazing—they go above and beyond to provide support and make sure residents feel cared for and heard. The building itself is beautiful, always well-maintained, and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place that combines great management with a true sense of community, but this place does it perfectly. I’m really grateful to call it home!”

“Stayed here for several months when I was living with my son. I was absolutely amazed at how friendly the staff is and how beautiful the sweeping ocean views are at sunset. Highly recommend renting here if you’re looking for affordable spacious living by the beach but don’t want to pay Santa Monica prices.”

I am still currently a tenant here and love living here. Haleh, management, along with her husband are really nice people. This place is super clean. Nothing goes without repair. Attention to detail always shows. I would highly recommend to friends, family, and those looking for a calm and respectful environment.”

“We have lived at Marine View for 11 years and it honestly is the best spot in SoCal. Cant beat the wind from the bluffs, you can literially walk out your back porch, down alma and have your feet wet in the ocean in 8 minutes. Some apartments are able to see Catalina Island from the back porch too. They do great work, if there is ever any maintenance issues I call them and 99% of the time it will get handled same day but if they cannot get to it same day, it will be done next day. This place has the best weather and I've loved living here from day 1 - highly recommended place to live. super quiet and chill neighbors (for the most part LOL)”
“Just wanted to give a kudos to Angel who works with the maintenance team- he and his colleagues are outstanding and super professional and do a great job. I had some issues with my dryer and he not only personally ensured it was take care of but he stayed behind after the job was done to clean up any mess that was left by the sub contractor. He really cared and did an outstanding job which is becoming more rare these days. Appreciate him and his colleagues.”
“I’ve lived here for some time. It’s fairly quiet. My unit is in the perfect spot. When I’ve made request to get things fixed the manager Olivia has been prompt in getting it done. The trees covered the pool area and she was able to get them cut back. I’m hoping this will help with the pool being warmer this summer. My flooring needed repairs and things were taken care of almost instantly.”
“I have lived in Harbor Terrace for almost 1 year. The building was recently sold. New building manager Alexis is outstanding.
The prior leading agent was hard to get in contact with. Alexis is extremely professional and very accommodating. I look forward to living here for many years.”
