“I have had the privilege of living at some amazing properties over the last 40+ years, some that were more like "resorts" than apartment complexes. Seaport commands that I do a review not only because I have loved my apartment, but because MANAGEMENT here is AWESOME! There are not many times you can say that about an apartment complex. Brittany: AMAZING. Armando in Maintenance: AMAZING. Megan, Shannon: FABULOUS! And then there is the newby, AMBER! AMBER....she went so above & beyond to print out a return FedEx label for me! Because Apple's label was a bit fuzzy, she not only printed it, BY HAND, she literally re-wrote all the fuzzy instructions that were on the back on a separate piece of paper so that I could read them clearly!!!!! Then she brought the printout to my apartment door (I was not able to walk down to the office at the time). I will ALWAYS speak well of not only my specific apartment/unit, but the surrounding quiet atmosphere as well. I commend Brittney for her management of the property, services, and for hiring cordial, amiable, friendly employees, and for their professional conduct. Management is professional, proficient, efficient, and caring. The property is well maintained. Safety inspections are conducted and adhered to a couple of times a year. You cannot find a better place to live. I was at 1 of my apartments for 15 years; the one after that, for 10 years. I hope I can stay here that long too. With sincere thanksgiving & gratitude, I commend and recommend, Seaport Homes!”

“When I saw Farzan’s review I felt I needed to write a review… I tried to rent that unit a couple of years ago but was so repulsed by the carpet that I ended up going to a different building. A good friend of mine coincidentally rented this unit now that the landlord has replaced the carpet and I’m really disappointed that I was so turned off by the filth that I passed up on a great building. It’s clear that the landlord needed to replace the carpet, it was beyond help. I attached pictures from when I viewed the apartment right after this previous tenant left — the circles are clearly from dog urine.”

“Wow, I'm not even sure where to begin. Before my husband and I toured 550 Harborfront, we were in love with the space. The photos, virtual tours and floor plans online were all absolutely stunning. We came to visit about a month ago, in person, to actually see how real all of this was. Coming from Downtown LA, 550 Harborfront is like the perfect quaint area for anyone wanting to get away from the city but not too far. Overall, the experience was beyond the type of smoothness I thought it would be. I've toured a lot of different apartment complexes, but none of them have held up to my standards like this place has. I was assigned to be assisted by Alina, and I can't even begin to describe how easy she made the entire process, given that this was my first time ever moving into an apartment. I highly appreciate her professionalism, transparency, and kindness. I am very grateful for this whole experience. It has definitely motivated me in many ways.”

“Stayed here for several months when I was living with my son. I was absolutely amazed at how friendly the staff is and how beautiful the sweeping ocean views are at sunset. Highly recommend renting here if you’re looking for affordable spacious living by the beach but don’t want to pay Santa Monica prices.”

Dominique does not lack at anything she does for Marine View/avenue5. I am in love with her work ethic and fast pace persona. Dominique Lewis seems as if she does not take breaks on what she need to get done for any tenants. I enjoy her hard-working charisma and peace she holds as a person. “I want to say since we have got new managers and new owners, the facility has done a much better job. We have security cameras, and it feel safe here I have lived here since 2013 and I've seen a lot of different managers come and go but I must say this is the best now also our maintenance man Jose is the best, always mopping and cleaning after people and if you need help with something or any problems in your apartment you just fill out a form in the next day it is done, if you have an emergency it will be addressed right away the most important is living in a good area and being able to come home and feel safe and being able to have your pets is even better I know there's a lot of reviews that are bad, but that was previous. It isn't much better now!!!!!”

“My son and I arrived to view prospective rental units, without having an appointment to do so. Sherieka was on her way to lunch while we were at the gate and very kindly offered to show us several units, bypassing her break. Very knowledgeable, very professional and extremely kind. Would give more stars if possible.”
