“My family and I lived here for about 7 years and would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to relocate for my husband’s work. The complex is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The property manager Vonny has always been kind, respectful, and very responsive to any questions or issues we’ve had over the years. Parking is gated and the parking spaces were big enough so I never felt squeezed or trapped between neighboring cars. We’ve had very few maintenance issues (all minor, like clogged pipes or a broken sink garbage disposal a handful of times), but when we did, they were always handled quickly. Our unit was on the ground floor, but we never had any ants or cockroaches!! The unit also stayed relatively cool in the summer despite not having air conditioning. We could hear our upstairs neighbors move around from where we were and it could get loud sometimes (mostly just footsteps or moving furniture), but it never lasted long and was nothing out of the ordinary for a multi-floor apartment complex. All of the neighbors in general have been friendly and seemed to keep mostly to themselves.

All in all, we loved this place and really miss it!”

“Living at Copa Pacific is an overall very positive experience. Management is very professional, prompt, and responsive. Whenever we need issues addressed from plumbing to maintenance, we’re helped right away. The community is pretty neighborly, with some tenants having been residents for decades. I really appreciate that the amenities are up to date and clean. Management is always on top of safety and security as well, with access codes to our building and mailroom. We are super grateful to be located in one of the best parts of the South Bay with very reasonable rent AND a pet friendly environment.”

“I moved in about a month ago and it was very smooth and Teresa the manager made everything so quick and easy i see some bad reviews but seems as everything has made a turn for the better Danielle the maintenance management is also amazing she is quick to get anything that is broken fixed in a very timely manner I’m glad I was able to find the Kensington apartments it’s very quiet and the pool and bbq area a plus laundry room is clean and cheap great location”
