The service was very helpful and friendly. Thankfully it was a fixable issue and they fixed it after a couple of days. They also have a good selection of video games to purchase.

“I have to say first off this place is very busy, but that doesn't mean they aren't very efficient in getting people in and out. If you don't have the patience to wait, then you may want to have someone else bring your device in for you. 😁 I'm only mentioning this because of a an individual breathing heavily because of the inability to wait.
Now, let's get to the customer service. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a welcome and friendly tone from Carlos, who was taking the information and getting the diagnosis from the customers. I've been here for at least 30 minutes, and several times, Carlos has thanked the customers for their patience and assured them they would be assisted. Having people like Carlos helping customers makes the wait much better. I can say that I will return if I have any other phone/computer issues in spite of the wait. Thank you, Carlos and the rest of the staff that is not visible, who are making the repairs in the back, you're greatly appreciated.”

“It was an excellent experience using David to evaluate, diagnose, and refurbish 2 very vintage mono tube amplifiers. He was always direct, honest, and careful with his service. His ultimate pricing was fair and reasonable for the work performed. The tasks i presented to him were not always simple, and I learned to rely on his professional judgment. I could wax eloquent further, but suffice it to say I am pleased with his efforts. When I am prepared to continue evaluation and probable refurbishing of other high end vintage audiophile gear, I now know exactly who I will trust. Thanks David.
P.S. He even gave me a lesson on proper maintenance of my amps and provided a piece of equipment to measure it.

“If you ever need help with your laptop, he's your answer! 2 weeks ago I spilled water unknowingly and my laptop sat there for HOURS. Once I saw it was on water it was too late, it wouldn't turn on. I mistakenly put it in rice ( Don't do that) for 3 days but no luck. I took it here and after a week he was able to fix it and only charged me $280, super happy with his service and price.
