“Our mother had her immigration physical here and we were so satisfied with the care received throughout the whole process. It's unfortunate that they do not have immunizations available at the office, hence the reason I gave them one star less (4/5) but other than that, Dr. Shaw was very helpful, attentive and thorough. “They have really stepped up and have become a premier provider for family care. The Doctor is great. He actually cares enough to remember you. He doesn't skip a beat. Outside of the minor arguments with the front desk it's a good place to seek and sustain care. From cradle to grave. I've been going there since the 5th grade. I've seen many changes and staff come and go. Owners changed hands and that old schooled though good was outdated. He changed the name and moved the building. Moving into a trendy space custom designed with tech in mind. Streamlining care all while increasing efficiency and most of all patient care and satisfaction. I'll never go anywhere else.”
“Just went in for a new patient appointment. The waiting room only had a few patients waiting while i was in there. 2-3 at one time. Only took about 10-15 minutes to be pulled into a room. Staff was friendly. Saw Nazifa Paillet, NP-C, and she was great and informative. Everyone I interacted with was great. I was out in about 45 minutes total. So far, I would recommend and had a great experience. I'll update after my pap-smear in 2 weeks.”
“Rolling Hills Estates, Ca. I come here to get the MRI required yearly by the clinical trial that I'm on. It is much easier to get a scan done here than in Westwood and it is 30 minutes closer to my home. I always schedule a night appointment so there is no traffic. The machine here can do a brain scan in 25 minutes, considerably less time than it has taken for me at other locations. The technicians here are very skilled, I've always received a painless IV insertion. Coming in from the parking lot at night you must use the elevator. It's a bit confusing the first time because you are going from level P4 to 4. When leaving you are still able to use the side door down a few steps. I have always been brought in a bit before my appointment time and I'm out of there a bit early. Usually only one other patient there. There is a nighttime security guard patrolling but honestly the area is not at all sketchy at night and the lot is well lit.”
“I had a great experience at this urgent care today. I went in to have my ear wax cleaned, and from start to finish, the staff were professional, precise, and genuinely caring. Everyone, from the front desk to the nurses and doctor, made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking quality care.”

No Urgent care at this facility on Prospect about 4 years now.The " My Chart " online application is excellent and saves me alot of time in making appointments, refills and spending g messages to my providers with quick results and responses.Virtual appointments very helpful and have served me well when need quick care, such as Covid Care.I am in healthcareand appreciate the quality care and efficiency, which is heads and above my other non- Providence providers.They need to put up some art in patient areas however. May have taken down due to pandemic cleaning needs.”

“Dr. Sung is knowledgeable and thorough. I come in with my own notes so I can accurately describe my symptoms and I've never been dissatisfied with his diagnosis and analysis. Nursing & front desk staff is about average, they move fast so best have your questions lined up before hand. I love their use of My chart to fill out payment and other clerical activities. Scheduling can be tough as you have to make them a few months in advance but Dr. Sung is a solid primary and I don't mind making the schedules work.”
“Dr. Hertel is the best Doctor I've ever seen. He acted like we knew each other for years when I first met him and is very relatable. He gets things done, is genuinely concerned with your health and follows up with you quickly. My whole family goes to him and my dad is extremely picky about doctors and even he likes Dr. Hertel.Also, Tamera is wonderful as well. She had to take my blood and give a shot and I didn't even feel the needle at all. I'm only going to her haha. Both 5 stars all the way around!!!”
