I came to LifeLine Walk-In Medical & Mental Health Nursing Clinic during a really stressful time, and I can honestly say they went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and made me feel completely at ease. The nurse practitioner took her time listening to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out to me was that they cared about both my physical and mental health, and treated me like a whole person…not just another appointment. “Doctor Issa Botros is the best Doctor I’ve ever went to. I came in with a sore throat and wasn’t able to speak but he came through evaluated me, knew what problem was and the medicine he prescribed me healed me like a miracle. I have a big fear of needles but he recommended a shot that would help me out right away and while I was afraid to do it he kept me calm, I got the shot and just like everything he told me I started to feel better in 30 minutes. I would’ve slapped myself if I didn’t get that shot. I had some abscess in my throat, couldn’t talk normally and he told me the medication he’s prescribing me would heal me in 2 days. Well I just gotta say I went in at 8:00 a.m and my abscess and inflammation went away completely by now at 7:38 p.m. I can eat properly now without pain or discomfort swallowing, drink fluids without difficulty and finally will be able to get a great 8 hours of sleep. No Urgent care at this facility on Prospect about 4 years now.The " My Chart " online application is excellent and saves me alot of time in making appointments, refills and spending g messages to my providers with quick results and responses.Virtual appointments very helpful and have served me well when need quick care, such as Covid Care.I am in healthcareand appreciate the quality care and efficiency, which is heads and above my other non- Providence providers.They need to put up some art in patient areas however. May have taken down due to pandemic cleaning needs.”
“Dr. Hertel is the best Doctor I've ever seen. He acted like we knew each other for years when I first met him and is very relatable. He gets things done, is genuinely concerned with your health and follows up with you quickly. My whole family goes to him and my dad is extremely picky about doctors and even he likes Dr. Hertel.Also, Tamera is wonderful as well. She had to take my blood and give a shot and I didn't even feel the needle at all. I'm only going to her haha. Both 5 stars all the way around!!!”
