“Every time I visit CRAFTED at the Port of L.A. I am mesmerized by Emilio's creations. Truly a skilled craftsman, he hand designs and casts every piece. No two are exactly alike. For several months now, my silver triskellion pendant has been snagging on my clothing, hair, anything that gets too close. It was bent and cracking, the damage was enough that I feared it would break the next time I snagged it. I've had it for almost twenty years and I rarely ever remove it, it's a special piece that's a part of me.So, I took it down to Emilio and he took a look at it. He explained the process of how would "perform surgery" and sauter and file to repair the damage. I appreciate his eagerness to share and educate his clients, he is very personable! Within a week he was able to make my pendant look beautiful again. With silver repair, nothing will ever quite be like it was when it was new, but Emilio did a great job making it come close. He polished it and made it rounded again. I'm so happy to have it back in good shape, strong and shiny. I wish I had taken a better "before" photo to illustrate just how much better and stronger it is now. The man does fabulous work. Thank you, Emilio.”

“Always treated me nice. Before I moved from San Pedro to San Diego, I made several purchases from this place and was always given a fair deal.My first purchase was a Nintendo Switch at the beginning of last year. CIB for under $250.My second and third purchase were two Citizen watches. A Blue Angel's Skyhawk and a Blackhawk for $200.I made a couple other purchases several other items from this place and never felt like I got taken for a ride or ripped off.My favorite purchase was a "New" Nintendo 3DS (for those not in the know, "New" Nintendo 3DS is not referring to the condition but this is the actual name Nintendo gave to the version of the 3DS with the thumb stick or "nub" and larger screen). The one guy that works there with the Russian accent sold it to me for $120. At the time these were only maybe half a year old. He said the price was the price because it was dirty and no one showed interest in buying it.Up until last year some time, I believe that there were three people who work there. The only person I ever really did business with was the older Russian guy.My recommendation: talk to the Russian if you want a deal.”
“I was in the area and went here to get my moms ring cleaned. The very nice gentleman told me the price to clean and polish the ring. I agreed and the wait was only 10mins to have it done. When he handed it to me it looked like a new ring so super shiny and beautiful! I told him how it was my moms ring who recently passed and it was extremely dirty and now it looks amazing. I handed him the money and he refused and said he was sorry for my loss and that it was "on the house". So I just want to say Thank you again and it's so nice to know there are still kind people in this city. I also visited Pirozzi's and Mandyz boutique (all family related). :)”
