“approximately a month ago, I was having trouble obtaining standard supplies from ups stores in the bay area, corporate directed me to this store here, there were two guys there , David and Clinton, and although didn't have to, went above and beyond assisting me with obtaining the materials I needed, I.e. boxes, and label sleeves that nobody on the other side of the bay would go out there way to provide. I drove all the way from alameda to mill valley and these guys had the materials waiting for me. very friendly and very helpful, enough to impress me to write this review. thank you very much for your assistance fellas , big thumbs up and appreciation. “The customer service here is second to none. I needed a last minute sign for a golf tournament. I received not only helpful (and speedy) assist of setting the document up, but after realizing the delivery timing would be tight, they called the store closest to the tournament allowing me to pivot the actual production to that store. The store manager is a gem. She went so above and beyond and in this day of corporate crap where people don't follow through, I would gladly bring my business here again in the future. I don't often leave reviews but felt I needed to reward this store and it's management. Thank you again.”

After spending an hour and only getting 3 fingers done, Evan came over to help me. In 15 minutes we had the other 7 done. I couldn't have done it without him. Amazing customer service, above and beyond--thank you Evan!!”
