“I recently had my car windows replaced by a Los Reyes in AutoGlass and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and overall craftsmanship truly stood out. He took the time to walk me through the process, explain what needed to be done, and made sure everything was handled with care. The installation itself was flawless. The windows fit perfectly, the seals were tight, and there was no mess left behind everything looked as good as new, if not better. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and doesn’t cut corners. On top of that, he worked efficiently without rushing, making sure the job was done right the first time. What I appreciated most was his honesty and dedication. It’s not easy finding someone you can trust with your vehicle, but he made the whole process stress-free. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and I’ve already noticed a difference in how the car looks and feels.I highly recommend him to anyone needing car window replacement or similar work. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and who genuinely cares about doing a great job, he’s the person to call. I’ll definitely be going back to him for any future work and will be recommending him to others without hesitation.”

“I’ve used this shoppe 3 times for repairs over the past few years - most recently last week. They do good work. And just as importantly, all the guys there are friendly, professional and have good communication. This excellent customer service is a rarity these days.”

“Enrique and Jose took great care of me. Auto Glass Warehouse was by far the best price in all of the bay area. I compared pricing and they were substantially more affordable. Quick service, came right to my home - efficient and extremely friendly and effective with communication. Gave me the quote and honored the price - highly recommend for anyone in the Bay with a broken window.”

“If you're looking for tints, PPF, Ceramic coating this is the place to go to and they do interior and exterior details, Fong and his team take pride in their work, and their prices are fair priced for what they do. We have taken 3 of our cars to them along with sending shop/customers their way. He recently took care of my Acura Type S and it looks fabulous!”

“I've been taking cars there (including under their prior name F. Lofrano & Son) for many years, and their work is always the best. Today I stopped in there, without an appointment, for them to look at my recently-separated right rear fender panel. Greg had his assistant Sam look at it. She spent about 1/2 hour fixing the panel about 95% perfect (I'd have to replace the whole rear bumper for a 100% fix). Sam didn't charge me anything and even refused a $20 bill I offered directly to her. What a great place.”

“I came in for an estimate on a few smaller projects which they could have easily upcharged me for, but instead they gave me honest advice to help me avoid paying so much. Really appreciate it!”

“I would recommend this place above the other well-known glass repair shops. This is a small shop but they were far more honest and detail-oriented than other places we have used.”

“Matt did some fine work on my fairly rare and fussy first generation Audi TT. You can see why he also works on Pebble Beach Concours quality classic cars. Highly recommended!”

“The best customer service experience on top of top notch work. They took excellent care of me as well as being very transparent in the repair process, in addition to being really easy in reaching out to them. I brought in a SUV with a pearl white metallic paint, which is a 3 stage coat paint, and they dead on match the color. The big scratch that was there just disappeared, as if nothing happened. Will definitely come back here again for repairs, and they work with all insurance companies.”

“when I arrive for my 930 appointment, technician was working on another car, but he looked up from his work and gave me a friendly good morning. After I checked in turns out the fellow‘s name was Sam and he gave me an estimate 30 minutes and sure enough that’s exactly what happened. He met that deadline. I’m sure he was being humble when he said the chipped window repair would be about 80% effective, but darned if I could see that former ship at all. At the end instead of having to wait in line at the office to pay, he invited me outside and we handled the transaction with our phones, and I was finished in no time. Way to go, Sam!”
