“This is definitely the place to go for bodywork. They were so thorough fixed everything. It was an easy process through my insurance company USAA.. There is an especially bright young man who works there, Javier. He explained everything to me step-by-step about my repairs, including details about the new alignment, etc.
Not only is Javier, courteous and kind, but the woman who works at the front desk is just wonderful. I’ve had the best experience. It wasn’t fun to have to bring my car in for bodywork after a Car Accident , but they did such a beautiful job. I will know exactly what to do if this ever happens again. Go to caliber collision and ask for Javier.”

“They were quick with scheduling and did efficient work on my car. The downfall is, there is a disconnect in scheduling. Twice I had appointments scheduled and someone is calling and leaving messages about getting me scheduled. Also, they said the rental car would be there, but it wasn't. Instead, they should have said the rental company would pick me up to take me to the car. They just need to communicate a bit better.”

“I've been taking cars there (including under their prior name F. Lofrano & Son) for many years, and their work is always the best. Today I stopped in there, without an appointment, for them to look at my recently-separated right rear fender panel. Greg had his assistant Sam look at it. She spent about 1/2 hour fixing the panel about 95% perfect (I'd have to replace the whole rear bumper for a 100% fix). Sam didn't charge me anything and even refused a $20 bill I offered directly to her. What a great place.”

“Recently my wife and I were in the market for a new ID.Buzz for our business. Yes - one of those cute electric retro minivans. Due to VW deciding to discontinue the model while they retool it for 2028 meant not a lot of inventory was available. We walked into VW Marin and met Perry Noland who took care of us from start to finish. He was great - a real person who knew cars and wasn’t the stereotyped car salesperson. He helped us get the vehicle, add extras and get a reasonable price while being incredibly easy to work with. Kudos to Bobby Collins in finance as well. He was indispensable for many of the logistics around delivery. I highly recommend VW Marin and both Perry & Bobby. Was an excellent experience across the board.”

“My case is an example of why people don't use the dealer. My tailgate for my 2023 Toyota Tacoma came off its hinge when loading a suitcase. I was charged $330 just to take a look at it. My sevice advisor said he had a Tundra and he said it would probably just go back in if I started from the left side bracket. Waited a couple hours and was told it was fixed. I was charged $296 for work that probably took three minutes. The sevice advisor could have earned a customer by charging a fraction of that for the less than three minutes it took him to put it back correctly. Instead about a $300 charge. Happy it was placed back correctly...but this could have earned a customer. Poor decision in the long run for this customer.”

“I want to give a big thanks to Chris and to Melvin at Precision.
My Honda was in an accident which required repairs to the rear quarter panel and replacement of the rear door. Chris had the ominous job of dealing with the insurance company which he was able to navigate (the insurance company dragged its feet for over a month).
I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would be ready Friday (which was a very fast turnaround).
I was much surprised that I got a call on Thursday that the vehicle was completed. I was able to pick it up that afternoon. The vehicle looked brand new and was cleaned and detailed following the repairs.
I highly recommend Precision (they also have a shop in Colma).
