“I've been taking cars there (including under their prior name F. Lofrano & Son) for many years, and their work is always the best. Today I stopped in there, without an appointment, for them to look at my recently-separated right rear fender panel. Greg had his assistant Sam look at it. She spent about 1/2 hour fixing the panel about 95% perfect (I'd have to replace the whole rear bumper for a 100% fix). Sam didn't charge me anything and even refused a $20 bill I offered directly to her. What a great place.”

“It is ok to believe the hype about this place. I can't speak to every customers experience ever, but mine was completely sublime - something cannot be expressed for every body shop I have ever worked with. Great job, amazing customer service and a positive attitude that few are able to pull off successfully. Highly recommended.”

“Exceptional Service and True Professionalism During a Difficult Time! I cannot recommend Classic Auto Craft enough! After our car was unfortunately involved in an accident, we worked with Steven to navigate what turned out to be a total loss process. From start to finish, Steven was the absolute gold standard of customer care. He was incredibly responsive, respectful, thorough, and helpful throughout the entire ordeal. Dealing with insurance and vehicle logistics is inherently stressful, but Steven’s clear communication and expert guidance made the entire path forward seamless and clear. If you want an auto body shop that combines top-tier expertise with genuine care and integrity, look no further than Classic Auto Craft. Thank you, Steven, for turning an unfortunate situation into a stress-free experience!”

“Not only did Barsotti’s do their usual flawless bodywork, (they are the best) but they advocated on my behalf with the manufacturer for a warranty repair. It is truly like having a friend in the business. I have never been treated as well by any other body shop. I am extremely grateful for the service I received.”

“I had an excellent experience at Anthony’s Auto Craft. From the moment I arrived, the team was friendly, professional, and honest. They clearly explained what needed to be done, completed the repairs on time, and charged a fair price with no surprises. My car is running perfectly now, and it’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality auto service.”

31 Bay St, San Rafael CA 94901
“They were quick with scheduling and did efficient work on my car. The downfall is, there is a disconnect in scheduling. Twice I had appointments scheduled and someone is calling and leaving messages about getting me scheduled. Also, they said the rental car would be there, but it wasn't. Instead, they should have said the rental company would pick me up to take me to the car. They just need to communicate a bit better.”

“I recently brought in my Sprinter van to replace the hood, grille and trim. Some custom seat installation work had to be done as well. Not only did the owner Jim know exactly what to do without me having to spend a lot of time to explain, but he and his team did what they said they would do and did so in the timeframe we had agreed upon. The communication with Miracle Auto Body was very reliable, and their prices are competitive. I would recommend the place to anyone who needs body work, or customization.”

“The best customer service experience on top of top notch work. They took excellent care of me as well as being very transparent in the repair process, in addition to being really easy in reaching out to them. I brought in a SUV with a pearl white metallic paint, which is a 3 stage coat paint, and they dead on match the color. The big scratch that was there just disappeared, as if nothing happened. Will definitely come back here again for repairs, and they work with all insurance companies.”

“Ken did an amazing job in repairing my rear bumper and in addition buffed the headlights, and fixed the front bumper a bit. All to say, my car is very important to me as it was my late mother’s. He gave me a good fair price, and did truly an amazing job. Wouldn’t recommend him enough, and definitely going back if I need anything more!”

“Luis and his team did a great job repairing the damage to my Camry after it was rear-ended but it's their follow-up service that really impressed me. Several weeks after the repair, I accidentally peeled off the corner of the protective strip on the newly repaired back bumper and damaged the paint job underneath. I showed it to Luis and he had the entire bumper repainted at no expense. He even reattached a front panel that I had knocked loose in the time between paint jobs, again free of charge. It's a real pleasure to find places that stand by their work like Luis does. I hope to have zero need for an auto body shop going forward but if I do, this is the only place where I'll take my car.”

“Recently my wife and I were in the market for a new ID.Buzz for our business. Yes - one of those cute electric retro minivans. Due to VW deciding to discontinue the model while they retool it for 2028 meant not a lot of inventory was available. We walked into VW Marin and met Perry Noland who took care of us from start to finish. He was great - a real person who knew cars and wasn’t the stereotyped car salesperson. He helped us get the vehicle, add extras and get a reasonable price while being incredibly easy to work with. Kudos to Bobby Collins in finance as well. He was indispensable for many of the logistics around delivery. I highly recommend VW Marin and both Perry & Bobby. Was an excellent experience across the board.”

“I want to give a big thanks to Chris and to Melvin at Precision. My Honda was in an accident which required repairs to the rear quarter panel and replacement of the rear door. Chris had the ominous job of dealing with the insurance company which he was able to navigate (the insurance company dragged its feet for over a month). I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would be ready Friday (which was a very fast turnaround). I was much surprised that I got a call on Thursday that the vehicle was completed. I was able to pick it up that afternoon. The vehicle looked brand new and was cleaned and detailed following the repairs. I highly recommend Precision (they also have a shop in Colma). Thanks again, Josh”
