“The whole San Rafael RCU branch has great manager and staff - this week Guillermo G was especially helpful! He's helped me over the years, always calm, reassuring, experienced (he'e been there for years) - this time I was stressed out about this and that banking matters, he suggested I make an appt to come in and meet with him, and he offered to help me do everything - I came in, we sat down at the desk in a quiet office - and everything I had been putting off for a year - he was there on the phone (for me!) smoothly handling things here and there - and he/we handled all of it in about half an hour! I finally got set up for online banking, linked it with my other bank, set up to transfer between accounts, created facial ID and new passwords where needed - everything I could not confront doing myself and had put off and avoided for a year - he smoothly quickly made happen like magic, with calm, competent friendliness - truly outstanding service - TY! I have been there about 20 years - I highly recommend this branch and it's great staff - TY!”
