“I just got 2 crabs from Bear, and they are delicious! Cooked, cracked, and cleaned. Just going out on the docks is a great experience - really beautiful and serene. I’ve taken my grandkids there since they were little. Bear is a classic, a real seaman, and really a lovely person. So glad our fresh crabs are finally available; we will be back!!”

“We love this private fishing club. (2 members have to sponsor you to join) On weekdays it is so quiet and beautiful.
After fishing, we like to stop in at the bar for a soda and hotdog.( Or coffee, not an alcohol drinker).
It is a safe place to bring grandkids, little huts to use if windy. Multiple sinks to clean fish or gear.
Pier is pretty long. We usually catch the most at top of tide.”

“David is THE MAN. I went to Big 5 in search of gloves, a bike lock, and thermal underwear because it was colder than Hell. He helped me find everything I needed and was SO kind and patient with me when I returned the gloves in favor of another I liked better but didn't see until after my purchase. And AGAIN, when I realized I bought a thermal bottom but needed a thermal top ? It was also an hour before closing, but neither he nor anyone else working there made any suggestions of being annoyed or bothered by my needs. In my many years working in customer service, I have had very few truly fantastic customer experiences, and this one is one of those few. Thank you guys for being exceptional. Your customers appreciate it more than you may ever know. And the best part? I'll be back the next time I need something. Without a doubt.”
