“I found them randomly while I was riding around the Canal, and asked if they'd do a one off for me. They said yes for $10. So I took my newly aquired Friends of China Camp (FOCC) volunteer bright orange sweat shirt to them. I was deeply impressed by their care, attention, and communication. They texted me the computer design for comment correction and go-ahead and had it ready with in a couple of days. I was so impressed that I gave them a $20 note and told them to keep the change. Now the Volunteer co-ordinator for FOCC is toying with the idea of having them embroider the other volunteer's names on their new shirts which the are given once every 2nd year. I hope this evenuates.”

While their business has been slow, the owner Ji is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Despite their reduced hours, Ji goes above and beyond to accommodate her customers. In fact, she's even given out her phone number and encouraged customers to text her in advance so she can open the store earlier if needed, as she's the only person who works there. Additionally, Ji does custom work in-store, which is a huge bonus. Overall, I highly recommend this store for its great selection and excellent customer service.”

“David is THE MAN. I went to Big 5 in search of gloves, a bike lock, and thermal underwear because it was colder than Hell. He helped me find everything I needed and was SO kind and patient with me when I returned the gloves in favor of another I liked better but didn't see until after my purchase. And AGAIN, when I realized I bought a thermal bottom but needed a thermal top ? It was also an hour before closing, but neither he nor anyone else working there made any suggestions of being annoyed or bothered by my needs. In my many years working in customer service, I have had very few truly fantastic customer experiences, and this one is one of those few. Thank you guys for being exceptional. The outdoor retailer plans to open a 100,000-square-foot store in College Station, Texas, in 2028. It'll sit along State Highway 6, north of William D. Fitch Parkway, next to a Costco and in front of the future South College Station baseball and softball complex. On Sept. 24, the College Station City Council approved a $10.84 million sale of 28 acres in a unanimous vote. Bass Pro gets about 14 acres for its store. Dallas-based Corinth Properties will build a mixed-use project with restaurants and an event plaza on the other 14.
