“We are joining those who went RV shopping for a safe, social-distancing activity for our family during this pandemic. We applied with Bank of the West - Essex Credit - online and was assigned to Robert Brewer (RV Loan Consultant). Our experience working with Robert was second to none! From the first email that we received from him notifying us of our approval to his ongoing email updates guiding us every step of the way, we received superior customer service and great attention to details. He was even able to increase our loan so that we could put down 50% in cash and get a loan for the balance. We just received notice today that the loan has been funded and closed. We simply could not be more pleased with the customer care that Robert provided. Since we are buying from a private party, he even took extra efforts to ensure the seller was updated on the sale proceeds and loan payoff so that we could have a smooth key exchange. All in all, if you need an RV or boat loan - try to work with Robert Brewer at Essex!”
