Her name is Robin Mac Donald.I was targeted by a scammer who had access to my bank account, was taking money out in a fraudulent way when I found out that these people were not legit. I panickedI left retail banking years ago and joined Provident credit union who has been awesome when I told Robin my problem, she stopped everything she was doing call me into the office as I was conversing with one of her tellers, and she change my bank account number for me immediately she was trying to think of ways just to get me out of the mess that I was inI thank you so much Robin for saving my financial Reputation she close that old account and gave me a new one and she took time to do all the paperwork and it was pretty lengthy. Thank you so much Robin for your great hospitality. People are often not recognized as they should be. I just want to give you five stars for excellent customer service . .⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“It's not very offensive I would give 5 stars or take the time to write a review but in the pass five years I'm been banking with Chase Bank on Bollinger canyon road I have seen a few Manager come and gone, in the myths of all the changes there's one thing that stands out above all is there Great & I mean Great customer service Teller and officer Anita Misra with her staff of familiar faces When you walk in greeted by your first name with a smile, never have I waited in a long line to handle my account, They have passion about there job and truly care about bringing customers services to the forefront. Thank you to all the Teller Keep up the great service.”

“I was a customer at the Walnut Creek Branch for at least 15 years. I would still be one except I relocated from California to New Jersey. I had both my personal and my business accounts there, as well as my state bar trust account. The service was excellent. The staff, both in the branch and on the phone, were unfailingly helpful and friendly. They have a small business feel, not a large, impersonal corporate attitude. They served me well all those years.”

“We are joining those who went RV shopping for a safe, social-distancing activity for our family during this pandemic. We applied with Bank of the West - Essex Credit - online and was assigned to Robert Brewer (RV Loan Consultant). Our experience working with Robert was second to none! From the first email that we received from him notifying us of our approval to his ongoing email updates guiding us every step of the way, we received superior customer service and great attention to details. He was even able to increase our loan so that we could put down 50% in cash and get a loan for the balance. We just received notice today that the loan has been funded and closed. We simply could not be more pleased with the customer care that Robert provided. Since we are buying from a private party, he even took extra efforts to ensure the seller was updated on the sale proceeds and loan payoff so that we could have a smooth key exchange. All in all, if you need an RV or boat loan - try to work with Robert Brewer at Essex!”

I was having trouble with depositing at the ATM, and when I went into the bank I was freaking out a bit--because I was feeling upset and desperate, I didn't speak very calmly to the manager. She was compassionate and professional in return, and explained the situation to me as she understood it. I then deposited my checks with the teller, who was also very nice and understanding. I feel bad for not keeping my cool, but I want to thank the staff for being kind, compassionate, and professional.”

Being a foreigner on work visa I understood little about the US banking/credit system and she knew exactly what I needed and was generous with her time giving me advice. To offer another perspective on some peoples bad experiences consider the fact that schwab has like a million different products and things to know. The people working there for 5 years may only know 10,000, the people 10 years 100,000 and 25 years 1,000,000. While the woman who helped me did not know the exact answer to my question she was able to look up the answer and find it for me which to me is just as valuable as knowing it by heart.”
