“Banks these days rarely do anything that surprises me, but Nancy and her personal banker went above and beyond to help me and my sons set up their first accounts. I called the branch looking for help because of a bad experience at another location. I was very frustrated when I dialed this branch and honestly didn't expect anyone to even answer the phone. Nancy answered right away and did everything she could to fit us in, and she went over the paperwork so that we were sure to bring what was needed. While we weren't able to go the same day she squeezed us in the next week. Shortly after that call the branches personal banker called and explained to me about a banking product I could set up at home. This was really the best solution for us and my faith was restored that there is still customer service in banking. Thank you Nancy and team.”

“While I don't have an account here, I am starting to pay some of my bills along with my family's since it saves me a few stamps in the end run and so that I can push paying my credit card bill until near the very end of its due date. The park in front of the bank is a tad quirky imo and it's one way so when backing out I've seen people zip in and out fairly quick, but beyond their parking lot, there is a huge parking lot that's in the surrounding area due to the shopping center. The banking hrs are or I feel just a tad off and imo they open up late (open at 10am) and like Saturday they close at 2pm. Anyways, the cashiers all seem very friendly and helpful and besides being a small branch like many others, the line can get pretty long if you come in at the wrong time.”
