“These guys were great. I drove a 2015 Toyota Prius, and the car was starting to lose power, eventually I got the warning lights on my dash telling me to pull over and check the engine. So I called these guys to schedule an appointment to replace my hybrid battery, which didn’t sound cheap. Before I took my car in, I noticed my 12volt battery had a lot of built up acid around the connectors, so I replaced that first, which reset the warning lights. I was so happy that I didn’t have to spend as much money on the hybrid battery, so I called Greentec Auto and spoke to Eduardo to cancel my appointment. He said he was happy it seemed fixed, but warned me that my hybrid battery pack would still need replacement, and that the warning light would come on again within a few weeks, maybe a month or so. Well, it did. Several weeks later the warning lights came on again and I scanned my car; it was the hybrid battery pack again. So I bit the bullet and took my car into their shop to have the hybrid battery replaced, and before they did that they scanned my car and found that the ignition coils and spark plugs needed replacement, and that if they installed the battery first without fixing the plugs and coils, it might fail again at some point in the future, voiding the warranty because they warned me ahead of time to fix it. So I ran home and replace the spark plugs and ignition coils, called Eduardo up again and he said they could take me for an appointment the same day. They fixed it up in just 45 minutes, and it was cheaper than expected. Now my car runs smoothly again, with more power than when I bought it. I’m very pleased with the outcome, and I’m happy they took me in so last minute so I didn’t have to reschedule my appointment. I highly recommend their service.”
“Glad Castro Valley has an Auto parts store and it is a Depot. They carry quite a but of parts and it surprises me how much they carry. Prices can be kinda high but I guess that's how it goes. They do offer 10% just about every time on account of military discount.”

“I had a very stressful morning , my grandfathers tire popped , and he gave me a $100 bill to go buy him a tire patch , and when I get inside the store a great employee helped me find the tire patches , and when it was time to pay I only had my $100 my grandpa gave me and no card , and the employee by the name of Kylie went out of her way and payed for my item because they had no change ! she payed it out of her own debit card , she was very kind and very helpful . people like her should never go unnoticed she definitely deserves a raise , she is a great person and I will never forget this experience .”
“Just to show that it is a good parts store, they have quality parts, I bought everything to tune up my Toyota Sienna. I bought spark plugs, Ignition wire set, PCV valve and Carburator Cleaner, everything cost me 220 dollars and the best thing was there was staff who attended to you in Spanish :)”
