“They have amazing stuff but as other reviews said despite of being inside an outlet a lot of merchandise still very expensive but oh the other hand you can find amazing deals and prices. The only problem are the sizes because you can find smaller or larger ones, it’s rare to find mediums.
I bought a 101 Dalmatians backpack in $13 which I think is amazing. There are cups and thermos under $15.
Staff aren’t as kind and helpful as the reviews affirm.”

The store does not differ significantly from their retail stores. The clothing looks good. The store is well stocked. The employees are also as friendly as those in all Old Navy retail stores. You only pay less money.”

“Came in to this location for the first time because it's close to my job and I really needed to exchange 5 pairs of pants I recently ordered to wear over the weekend. The store is nice, clean, organized, and the staff was friendly. I felt awkward walking in with my package, but no odd stares. I picked the jeans I wanted to exchange them for, and walked to the line. The manager quickly walked over and opened another register and promptly assisted me. He was very nice and it was super easy to do. I will be back! Great stuff and great service!”

I haven’t been here in awhile, lines gets pretty long. There’s a bunch of stuff for the whole family: men’s, women’s and children.
They have a bunch of new stuff as usual. Would go back if I’m in the area.”

“This review is for the store, not the company. The store was well staffed on a Saturday morning and merchandise was neatly organized. They were very helpful in processing an online return (when the online customer service team was not). They also helped me out with setting up a fitting room so I could try on new stuff. Also the employees were all wearing the brand…always a good sign.”

“Extremely satisfied with the customer service at this store, especially by the employees Lauren and Kelsey. They were so enthusiastic and patient. I accidentally knocked over a giant rack and instead of yelling at me or getting upset, they calmed me down and reassured me everything is okay. I have social anxiety and often get panic attacks, so their kindness and understanding really made me feel so much better. They made a situation that could have been panic inducing for me so much more comfortable. 10/10 service. They deserve a raise.”

“I’m giving this location 5 stars because the customer service from MALIA was OUTSTANDING. I came in searching for my favorite fragrance which they only had a tester of out on the floor but didn’t see any closed boxes. Once I got to the register to pay some other items I had found I asked her if she had more of the fragrance I wanted in its box. She was quick to help me find one. She seriously went above and beyond with her assistance. I really appreciate her and her attitude the whole time was super friendly and pleasant. Thank you Malia !!!!”

“Very attentive staff! Had someone take my things into a fitting room for me beforehand and even check up on me during the fitting room process. Store was clean and organized. Currently even some sales going on (30% shorts etc) so things felt worth their price and were good quality.”
