Horrible service. Girls left, boys right. No benches in the fitting rooms, so nothing to put your stuff on. Made me put white pants on the top curtain rack, which was dirty as hell. Didn’t give me anything to clean my pants after that

Absolutely horrible customer service received from store manager over a simple return. She acts like she is owning the company and the whole world. This ridiculous and rude behavior has to stop. Call the company on her, send them emails she should not be representing Zara. Free Zara Walnut Creek of her!!!
