  If I could give GLS 0 stars I would. Their customer service is atrocious, they’ve now successfully lost three of my packages, and when they actually deliver my packages, their delivery drivers can’t even get that right. PLEASE AVOID USING GLS at all costs!

  They amend the delivery status & times retroactively, to hide their mistakes. Very poor business practice.

  WORST OF WORST. unbelievable company and employees. Why manufacturers still giving them chances?they should just close
