“I needed to receive a fax for something and Astika and Dar were very very helpful in aiding me in the process. They were efficient even with a long line. I have never used a fax machine because i’m not a dinosaur but they walked me through step by step with zero condescension which albeit faxing was not very complicated I still appreciated their help and more than anything the conversation. “It’s wild that people come on here to complain about a blurry passport photo. It’s incredibly out of touch especially considering everything going on. If you feel like you got bad service it’s because you were probably not very kind to your service people. I’m really sick of people coming on here acting like the employees unprovoked will not be kind to them. I’m sure that you walked in feeling entitled, gave them attitude and absolutely got the service you deserved. The fact that you posted that review thinking people would just side with you is literally gross. You clearly did whatever you did to deserve that and nobody has any sympathy for you.
