“Came in to this ups location on 1022 Boulevard, We needed to ship our son’s framed jersey across the country, and Sebastian provided outstanding service from start to finish. He made my wife and me feel completely confident that the glass frame would arrive home safely and in one piece. Professional, helpful, and reassuring throughout the entire process, we truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend Sebastian!”

“I give 5 stars for the wonder lady that works there that helped me so much and I appreciate her! There is a young Latino guy there who is pretty rude and makes faces like all my questions are dumb. I don't appreciate him at all.”

“Always good service from the staff, I have never had problems with packages that do not arrive, I have had the mailbox for 3 years and it has worked The times it has not arrived is due to an error on the part of the parcel, not the post office. Recommended for price and proximity to the border, really only once a month I go for packages or letters, it is functional and meets everything that is needed”

“Every body complains about the staff in this facility, about the big lines and their attitude!! But people don’t understand that this is one of the most visited facility, it’s the one closest to the border…. What they need it’s MORE STAFF…they need help… they’re all good people if you treat them with respect and not like they’re machines working for you… most of the times I go it’s Only one person attending the big lines..sometimes two… three in my lucky days… and it’s not their fault people are in a hurry.. they’re more offices near by but people prefer to go there and complain about how big the lines are..Alba, Santi, Paulito and Abel can only do so much… I been going there for years and they treat me same way I treat them, with respect”
