Tivy Valley Market is a small, friendly mom and pop store near Avocado Lake. The owner is very nice and welcoming. Customers often stop by to buy snacks before going up the mountains. The store has limited variety but is helpful, especially for dog food. Prices are a bit high, but the staff are helpful and accommodating to customer needs.

This is a small mom and pop kinda of store it's the only one till avocado lake. The owner is very nice and friendly we stop there all the time to buy our little snacks before going up the mountains.
