The place always closes in the middle of the night and the night staff are very rude

I arrived around 3:50 PM to pick up a 7NOW delivery, but the doors were locked, and there was no sign stating when their break would end.
Even though the order was prepared quickly, waiting for the doors to open indefinitely is an inconvenience.
