The manager, Jamil, was extremely courteous and helpful in helping me resolve an issue with my rental. Being a full time traveler for work purposes, I've seldom experienced this level of service from car rental agencies. I will go out of my way to rent from the SNA Avis going forward.

Very good customer service. Super nice people. They also gave me an EV, which I requested. I had low tire pressure and they exchanged me with the same model, no questions asked.
