“Went into the Navy Federal branch and had the privilege of doing business with Alexandria. There was a minor discrepancy on my end and she was not only patient but was able to find a solution to the problem which as a new Navy Federal member made me more confident in banking with them. All things considered we were done in about an hour so time efficient as well. If you happen to come to this location ask for Alexandria! She’s super sweet and wants to help the best way she can.
