“I normally have a wonderful experience at this SchoolsFirst location in Tustin on Newport Ave. Out of all the locations I’ve personally visited, this one has always been my favorite because of the welcoming atmosphere.

Two employees who consistently provide outstanding customer service are Kassidy and Jackie. Every time I walk in, they greet customers with a smile and make you feel genuinely welcome. Their positive attitude really makes a difference and keeps me coming back.

On Monday, March 9 around 2:40–3:40 PM, I came in with my 14-year-old son to show him how to make a deposit. While Jackie kindly directed us to the line, I noticed that the experience at the customer service desk was a little different than usual. There were four employees present and none of them but one greeted us or acknowledged us as we approached, even though they were not assisting other customers at the moment.

Customer service and simple greetings go a long way, especially when customers remember their experiences.

One employee named Evelyn did greet us and was very kind. I really appreciated that, especially since she was a new face to me. Her friendliness stood out. So I made sure I went to her Line.

I want to give a special shout-out to Kassidy, Jackie, and Evelyn for their professionalism and welcoming attitude. Because of employees like them, I will continue to come back to this location.
