The worst customer service ever. 10 people waiting in line to be helped by one person and then widget you get your poster prints they pick them up with one hand and fold them in half and put big creases across them. Terribly inept don’t go here.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. While picking up a CVS print order, the store manager, Tom Eldridge, was rude and dismissive. He told me I shouldn’t be standing by the print section and had to go through the main checkout line just to ask for help. Completely unnecessary attitude for a simple photo pickup.

-Pros: they’re open 24/7 with a great selection of items. - Con: dirty/unclean energy. Carpet should be replaced with polished concrete or porcelain/ceramic tile floors for high traffic & their HVAC system filters are blowing dusts (w/people constantly coughing & sneezing).
