“The Best in OC! I love this place I’ve lived in a few legal states and seen some crazy set ups and quite a few vanity projects over the years. This place is hands down the best shop I’ve found in Orange County when it comes to price, quality, and overall vibe this place is excellent. I will always recommend Farmacy to people I know or meet due to the simple fact I’ve never purchased anything bad! The glasshouse flower is always fresh and has dope flavors, the rosin selection fire, and not to mention the friendliest staff who will always take the time really help you find what you need. “We came to Brightside Pharmacy for COVID/flu shots for myself and my kiddo - it was a drive for us but definitely worth it. Tan the pharmacist was amazing with her and definitely helped ease some of her vaccine anxiety. The last time she had a shot at a chain pharmacy it wasn't a good experience - that pharmacist had no idea how to interact with a crying, upset kid.
Our experience at Brightside was completely the opposite. There were tears but they were gone quickly and there was no pain from the vaccine administration itself. Much later in the day my kiddo also asked if we could go back next time we need shots. Their communication was also great - our initial appointments had to be rescheduled but they contacted me well in advance. And they also reached out to make sure they had all our information prior to the appointments. While we were waiting for the vaccines I also saw them greet multiple customers by name as soon as they walked in. I would definitely recommend them!”

“I don’t normally go to this CVS location due to I have 2 that are near my house. I went here recently to pick up photos because my locations had problems with their photo machine. The staff at this location and their manager Matt provided excellent customer service! I had my infant with me so being a new mom I was forgetful of everything, the staff was helping me and was very patience. Thank you!”

“The people here were very nice. I came by for my dogs medication they asked about my pet when I was in the office. I was nervous how it was going to taste. I was so pleased that they had added a flavor of meat. My dog likes it. I have no trouble giving to him. I'm so happy it was very nice of them to do that as the medication is because my dog has cancer.”

“This is probably the best pharmacy in this area. We moved to Irvine and still coming back here for all our family's medicines and non-prescription needs. The pharmacist is probably one of the best in his profession and he is very caring. He was able to detect conflicts in the medications from different doctors and got it resolved for my family many times. I like his staff very much, they speak Spanish and Vietnamese which is really useful for my elders to get them to understand and follow the doctor's instruction. I would not go anywhere else for my medical needs.”

Basically I just had to switch insurances after MediCAL dropped me and I was hit w. an unexpected co-pay and wasn't able to afford / fill my script. I told them I'd be calling them back. Without me asking they went out of there way to make things right until I am able to find a resolution with my new ins. carrier. Service that is just unheard of these days. Thanks again guys.”
