It's a reseller with a ridiculous return policy. Basically, you can't return a defective product.Buy in the official store instead.

I'm used to walking in to a kids foot locker and employees saying hello, nobody even acknowledged me. Not a big deal, what was a big deal was how i was trying to get a shoe for my daughter and they would look right through me. I left and found a basketball shoe at champs. Excellent promotions, they serve you quickly without problems, they should have more flip flops for small children because they have very few solo.crocs in most cases.
