“I contacted Santa Fe Auto Repair earlier today for an AC recharge quote. Hands down the best experience I've had visiting a mechanic shop. I arrived there 5 mins after calling the shop and was warmly invited by staff by my name to fill out paper work before the service. I was introduced to Jose who was welcoming and professional. He was able to service my car quickly and efficiently. It is difficult to find a local honest mechanic that cares for its customers. I witnessed the business acumen and overall culture of the company and its staff. Being in corporate customer service for over 10 years it is great to witness a business doing right by their customers and winning their business. “Had flat on my tire I went to big brand tires waited almost 4 hours just to get my tire checked and hopefully patched and they wanted to sell me a whole new tire when that tire was good. My friend recommend this spot and the service was excellent got attended quick they patched my tire and I left very happy I would recommend anyone to come here! dont go to big brand tires horrible service .”

I use a special oil and filter in my car and for a fee they do an excellent, professional job.Highly recommended.”

“Went in to Fox autocare to take care of my coolant leak issue. John at the front desk had to go through many obstacles to find the right part for my car since BMW no longer makes the water pump that was originally on my car. Luckily he went above and beyond to do some research on my car and was able to find the right part after calling many dealerships. He genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and has a true passion for auto work. He remained transparent and kept his word throughout the difficult process. I highly recommend going to fox autocare if you want things done the right way.”

“I was in walmart auto care center first time to get air valve replaced. They did $18 for each. Work was good. I drove back to home. Next day when going to office, my steering wheel started vibrating. And just in next 5min car started making loud sound.
Long story short, lug nut was left loose. So i tighten it myself. And latter went back to the store and they were kind enough to check and retorque all the wheels. They also replaced my lock nuts in the same request for free. Lock nuts i bought from Amazon. Thanks walmart, i will come again for oil change.”
