“After a series of unfortunate events, I found myself with a car that bounced like a horse (my kids enjoyed it) and all sorts of lights on. My parents had always used this place to get work done on their cars and have raved about it for years. I should’ve listened to them when they first told me to bring the car in here, but instead tried to handle it on my own. While he can make no guarantees, he told me what he would do, And offered to work with me. Putting both our defenses aside, we found a middle ground and hoped for the best. 24 to 48 hours later, he let me know the car was ready for pick up.
Due to some foreseen Issues, I had to leave it there for a few extra days, and not once did the owner complain. When I finally picked up the vehicle, it drove like a dream.
