From the moment I walked in, the customer service was incredible. The staff was friendly, transparent, and kept me informed every step of the way. They took the time to explain the repair process and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely cares about their customers these days, but this team truly does.
The turnaround time was impressively fast. They promised me a specific completion date and actually finished ahead of schedule. It’s such a relief to get back on the road sooner than expected, especially when dealing with the hassle of a damaged vehicle.
And the quality of work? Flawless. They brought my car back to life and it looks better than it did before the accident. The paint match is perfect, the panels line up beautifully, and the finish is absolutely immaculate. You can tell they take immense pride in their craftsmanship.

“It's suck and unfortunate when you're a car guy and reckless people just happen to hit your brand new car, leaving you in a state of sadness, resentment and searching for ways to reverse the damage. Fortunately for me, i found ICC collision body shop. The driver side door of my BMW M2 was badly damaged. It need to be replaced and also paint match with the adjacent body panels. After reading several reviews of various BMW body shops i decided to go with ICC in Santa Ana. I can safely say that I'm glad i went with ICC because they did a very good job of paint match the color. The door was replaced and they did great putting everything back to where it belong. Overall, ICC came very close, i would say 98% to bringing it back to original pre-collision state. I'm just someone who is really picky therefore i can see some minor defects in craftmanship here and there. But overall I'm happy with the result. I also want to give shout out to Ceasar at ICC. He is very knowledgeable, professional, well communicated and kept his word. Thank you Ceasar and thank you ICC staffs and repair men/women for restoring the car. Recommended.”

“After waiting almost six hours for another towing company to arrive (Zorros Towing LLC), I had to cancel the request through my roadside agent. John’s Towing was contracted and I was immediately called by their driver to assure me he would be arriving within an hour. He arrived as promised and even helped me jump my car to get it out of the garage. Very courteous and patient. I am very lucky that John’s Towing came to pick up my car to get a flat tire replaced 30 minutes away. I highly recommend this company!!!”

“I had my bike impounded by Costa Mesa police department and it was towed and sent here. The tow driver who picked up the bike took good care of my bike and when I came in to get my bike I didn't have 100% of the papers I needed but they still worked with me and got me back my motorcycle. One of their tow guys towed my bike back late at night on a last minute request and helped me jump my bike and was most respectful to me! Will definitely use these guys for my future tow needs”

“I would rate this service higher but it only goes up to 5 stars. Today I was assisted by frank and another gentleman. I had been struggling all day to get a provider out that would be willing to assist me in getting my car out of the under ground parking structure.
I offered to do all the lushing but frank and team helped me push me car out of the structure to be able to tow it. A remedy other tow companies said was not possible. I was met with the HIGHEST levels of customer service. Also my car wasn’t dragged across town. Frank put my beloved bmw on proper dolly’s to allow me to ensure the safely of my vehicle. I didn’t even ask.
I was WILDLY surprised by the level of customer service offered me to me at a MORE than REASONABLE rate.
…..I’d recommend these guys to my mom.

“I called AAA and they arranged for Hadley Tow to come out and inspect my car battery issue. They arrived very quickly within a half an hour. As the driver arrived, he got out of his car and I recognized Said from last August when he took care of replacing the battery in my other car. Said is very friendly and is so excellent at what he does. He said my Ford Edge is one of the more difficult cars to change batteries. He first jump started my car and then proceeded to change the battery out as he did not want any of my electronic programming presets to reset. His total time at my house was only a half hour even though the battery in my Ford Edge was difficult to replace. Said is very professional and an expert at what he does. He has great people skills and knows how to satisfy his customers. The world needs more people like Said who takes pleasure in pleasing people. I hope his manager reads this review and acknowledges Said for his great work. Thank you for your great service Said!”

“Our Yukon XL have the front end smashed in. They got me in same day and had it fixed in two weeks flat. They used genuine parts and fought with my insurance company to pay for the alignment that they did not want to cover. They even cleaned my vehicle before they gave it back. It looks better than before the accident. I will recommend them any chance I get.”
