Came in this afternoon not having a clue on how the process goes for a return that isn't Amazon related. Erynn at the front walked me through what I needed to do, not a second wasted. Thank you Eyrnn for the excellent customer service with a fantastic smile.

Andrea was so helpful with my Amazon returns. Amazon didn't tell me I needed to package my own stuff even thoigh I told them I no longer had the box and they told me it was OK to bring without. Andrea helped me get the right boxes and helped package everything. So nice!
