“I have been a customer of C3 Tech for more than 15 years. During that time I have leased a dozen or so new copiers, a used copier that I got a great deal on and that performed great for more than 5 years, and used their managed printer service as well. In all of that time they provided excellent service at a fair prince. This past weekend they outdid themselves! I was running several large print jobs for multiple clients that had to get out in Saturday's mail. Halfway through the first print job the machine went down. C3 Tech is not open on the weekend but I had nothing to lose, and I had technician Dennis's number, so I called him. He was gracious enough to not only take my call, but to check with a co-worker if they had the part that my machine needed, drive to the office to get it and then bring it to my office and install it! “When I first moved to the trailer park, I rented a mailbox here. I requested 24-hour access and was given a front door key in addition to my mailbox key. I only stopped renting the mailbox once securely locked mailboxes were installed at the trail park about 2 years into my tenancy.Most sizes of shipping boxes are available here and packaging service is always available here. Unfortunately my electric scooter that I wanna ship to Kentucky requires a box of a size they don’t stock here, so I will return once I’ve bought the box elsewhere.”
