I've been coming here for years. Does it get busy? Yes! If you're in a hurry, go to the larger branch on grand or one of those private shipping stores. Otherwise, this place is great. Nice, informative staff, classy older lobby. Always a pleasure to visit.

The people who work there are very kind but I can tell they’re spread thin. I feel like they should have more workers working to make it easier on everyone and faster for customers because it always takes so much time out of my day to go here.
