“This U.S. Post Office location is usually not busy at all, which I really like. Overall, the service is great and the place is convenient. The only thing they could improve is customer attention at the front desk, because most of the time there’s no one there and you have to wait or ring the bell to get help. Other than that, everything is great.”
“A package was lost when I sent it from this location. I should have known better to not finish packing in the lobby. I now do it in my car or at home. They removed the mail drop off bin outside.You now have to walk in and I assume that's so to safety of ensuring your mail is not tampered with.
Some staff seem dead inside like they lost their soul but I've had a manager and another mail woman give me great advice on helping my package deliver safely.”

“This is my go to post office because I live like 3 blocks away. Unless you have a stick up your boots, this place isn't bad. Just do what you need to do and get out. Since I come here often, I figured out that they often don't open the parking lot in the mornings until like 10 or a little later because the mailmen are packing their cars. So i compromise and park at either the KFC or the supermarket's parking lot. Other than that I can always find a spot in the post office's parking lot. Also, probably because of all the complaint, the customer service seems to have gotten better over the years.”
“Their dedication to help out with a problem is beyond and acceptable! Im always greeted with a smile and are quick with what they do even with a line is formed. Some of these in the comments don't understand what happens behind the shop! they are organizing loading packages into trucks and other important stuff to make sure it gets to the right address, I wish people were more understanding :)”
“I love this post office. The girls are always kind to me and I don't ever get any push back for anything. I come here daily and my packages get scanned within minutes of dropping them off. The area is not the best, but I rather go to this post office than any other in Santa Ana.”
“The supervisor Rick was able to help me resolve my issue and personally delievered my package to my house instead of it being sent back to the sender. Everything was done quickly and I did not have to deal with the headache of having to contact the sender. Great experience!”

“Came in about 30 minutes before closing and it was absolute chaos. One of the busiest post office scenes I’ve ever seen. Huge shoutout to Elaine for handling it all with incredible grace. She stayed kind, patient, and professional the entire time. Not many people could manage that level of pressure so well. She was excellent!”
