Santa Barbara's Palm Park Beach House (formerly called the Chase Palm Park Center) is a picturesque beach villa located on the ocean side of Cabrillo Boulevard in the half of Chase Palm Park that lines the beachfront. A Spanish-style entryway leads into a contemporary main room with recessed and sconce lighting. Adjacent is a small conference sun room with French doors that open onto an outdoor, semi-circular concrete patio, with an unrivaled beach and ocean view. The beach house's patio is just right for viewing Santa Barbara's colorful sunsets or taking your party outside to dance under the stars.
Specifically for events. Very nice place for Wedding Receptions. Not open to the public.

I had my wedding here and it was perfect. The ceremony on the grass followed my cocktail hour in the patio. We got a dance floor, but it could not be placed out in the patio. It had to be placed in the buffet area. It was still beautiful.

Perfect location for any party! Also a lovely building inside and out. Everyone had so much fun! The management staff are very nice and accommodating, but also significantly overworked so don't leave any communications for the last minute.
