Every time I'm in the stores, the sales crew have been so kind and friendly. They provided suggestions for items that were spot on as well as created a comfortable shopping experience. As a local business owner, myself, feeling welcomed and noticed is important to me when shopping and they have done this.

I have shopped at DIANI for many years online and in store when I’m visiting Santa Barbara. The customer service is exceptional and I never leave empty handed. It’s a place that truly cares about their customers and the assortment is so well curated in each of the magical stores.

I had ordered few things from DIANI and my experience has been really good. They have great customer service and specifically their hand written notes add that personal touch.
