I purchased a few scarves from Asher Market, and I’m very impressed with the high-quality and craftsmanship of each scarf. The material is so smooth, soft, and warm, which is perfect for this winter weather in the east coast. I feel amazing anytime I wear these scarves. I’ve only had these scarves for a couple of days, and I’ve already received so many compliments about them. These scarves are so beautiful and handmade by Indigenous people in Peru, and meticulously designed by Ashley herself.

“WHATTA GREAT FIND ! My wife and I were up in Santa Barbara for a few days to celebrate her birthday. On Friday morning we were checking out the retail stores on State St and came upon Vuori. Now we have both seen Vuori performance apparel on Instagram...we all get hit with lots of stuff on Instagram. This was the first time we had seen an actual store. Being the day after my wife's birthday we were looking for some ultra comfortable leisure / travel wear. WOW ! You know you hear of these new fashion brands, see them online but you really don't know what to expect ....until you feel it in your hands. There was lots of action going on when we walked inside....no one attacked us within 30 seconds. We found leisure pants similar to what my wife wanted and then out of nowhere we found Summer....a very personable sales assistant to help us. Within a couple of minutes my wife had about 3 different styles of black pants / joggers to try on. WE HAVE A WINNER ! My wife found one pair she liked a lot but opted for the next size down...extra small. These had a tapered ankle like joggers. I found another pair with a relaxed fit ankle and my wife loved them too. DONE DEAL ! They were certainly not cheap but the cut and fabric quality were top notch. My wife wore a pair to dinner that night and they were so comfortable. TOP QUALITY HERE !”

I’ve discovered so many brands here that I genuinely love and wear on repeat, including Shaina Mote, B Sides, Cawley, Flore Flore, Hai, &Daughter, and Ichi Antiquités. They also carry Living Libations, a line of organic, pure, renegade beauty products that aligns perfectly with the shop’s thoughtful ethos. I’m especially obsessed with the Frankincense Best Skin Ever.
Yes, it’s an investment, but the pieces are exceptionally well made and designed to last. This is slow fashion and conscious consumption done right. I don’t come here to splurge all the time. I’m intentional about whether I’ll truly wear something, and when it makes sense, I go for it. Other times, I just browse and get inspired, so don’t let sticker shock stop you from checking it out.

It smells good inside and they have tons of cool Santa Barbara hoodies with vibrant colors that my kids loved too. This store left a lasting impression. Pops of color, and the art and home decor. Many of their linens are organic, which is absolutely fabulous if you care about the Earth, the bees, and the working conditions of those behind the scenes Folly is one of many wonderful boutiques in the neighborhood. The owner is friendly with their neighbors and I love how they have worked so that they all have some beautiful things but that are different at each store.Easy parking. It's very sweet collection of shops, including a lovely patisserie and coffee shop called Renaulds I love the adorable little animals that they also have made by a local woman who is about 70 and utilizes up cycled fabrics that other customers bring in. I picked up a sweet little cat, talked into a little bag to give to my daughter, so she always has a cat with her even when she is far from home. Thank you Folly and team”
